Here we go again…gyms are closed! It’s not like we didn’t expect it, is it? The good thing is: WE ARE PREPARED…because we want to stay fit & healthy! My online classes continue as usual. The schedule varies weekly with classes reaching from Pilates to HIIT training. Classes are suitable and adaptable for all ages and fitness levels. Pay what you want…there is no fixed price.
