Free Online Classes
I want people to be active, healthy and feel good every day. The current situation keeps me from doing what I love. Teaching online is the only option we currently have. So please feel free to join me for my daily online classes. Sessions wary from Pilates, Core, Stretching and Strength trainings and take place on a daily basis. Classes are suitable for all ages and levels of experience, all you need is a yoga/pilates mat. Most classes are body weight workouts and for others you can use small props like dumbbells (alternatively water bottles). The schedule will be posted on Facebook and Instagram and is regularly updated.
