Free Online Classes

Do you want to keep exercising during Corona times and make sure you stay fit and healthy? Join my free daily online classes now and exercise from the comfort and safety of your own home. Sessions vary from Pilates, Core, Stretching and Strength trainings and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Get started now, all you need is a mat, some small equipment like dumbbells (alternatively water bottles) or simply body weight. The schedule varies every week and classes last 30 minutes each.
