Online Classes

Do you want to stay fit and exercise from the comfort and safety of your home, be the best physical version of yourself and be in a great overall health and fitness state? Then join my online classes now. The schedule varies weekly with classes reaching from Pilates to HIIT training, making sure there is something for everyone. Classes are suitable and adaptable for all ages and fitness levels and last between 30 – 40 minutes. Pay what you want…there is no fixed price. Any small contribution matters (please see bank details below).
