To obtain long lasting results and live a healthier life, overcome certain health issues, sports alone will not do the trick. A crucial aspect is nutrition. Now to be very honest with you: I hate diets (and love to eat)! Diets (as in diets to loose weight and counting calories) are nonsense and rarely lead to long term results, quite the opposite. I am absolutely not worried about a kilo or two more. What I care about and what I want to teach my clients, is to eat healthy, stay in shape and help people with chronic health issues, food intolerances and obtain long term results.
