💚💚 Nature 💚💚 Occasionally suffering from #misophonia 🙉, what I like most about being in nature is the silence.

My New Years Resolution was to start the day with yoga, stretching or running instead of reading the #news while drinking my coffee, which I have done over the last years. Starting the day with something else and more positive than disease, natural disasters, financial crisis, murder, car accidents or politics feels so refreshing and sets your vibe for the day🙇‍♀️
