Working out, being active and training will certainly contribute to staying healthy and an overall well being. However, long lasting changes and results cannot be achieved without focusing on and paying attention to eating habits. There certainly are many different theories, myths and advices out there that it is hard to know what to believe. During my nutrition consultations I will first learn about your goals and/or problems, have a look at your fridge and grocery list, and based on that create long term change of eating habits if necessary. I will never advice my clients to follow a diet, count calories or eat less. My goal is to make improvements in health and overall well-being by clearing up certain food/diet myths and allowing my clients to enjoy food by simply making the right choices and understanding what the body needs in order to stay healthy and in shape.
